01Who we are
The company responsible for your data is StackSouk, at the business address in our records (ask us through our contact page). The public brand is StackSouk. Email [email protected] with any privacy question.
02Data we keep
We keep only what we need to sell and run the service:
- Account details held by our sign-in provider, Clerk: your name, email address and the login method you used.
- Billing records. Stripe processes the card. We keep what you bought, the amount, the date and a reference Stripe gives us. We never keep your full card number.
- Orders, subscriptions and licence records, including which computer a Super Editor licence is activated on.
- Domain, hosting and mailbox details we need to register a name or run a site and inbox.
- AI agent settings you save, and the chat or call logs needed to run the agent you bought.
- Set-up forms you fill in, and messages you send to support.
- If you ask for the Free Stack Audit or join a waitlist: your email, the website you entered and the page you came from.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time. We use these to keep the site up and to look into abuse.
03Why we keep it
We use this data to create your account, take payment, deliver the product, give support, stop fraud and abuse, and follow tax and domain-registration rules. We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles.
06How long we keep it
Account data stays while the account is open. When you close the account, we delete it, or keep only what tax, fraud or registrar rules require. Billing records stay for the period those rules set. Technical logs stay for a short time unless we need them for an abuse case. Super Editor activation records stay while the licence is valid.
07Your choices
In My Stack → Account you can download a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account. You can also email [email protected] to ask what we hold or to correct it. We say no only when we must keep a record, for example a paid invoice or a domain registration.
You can cancel a subscription in My Stack → Billing without emailing us.
This site is not for children. We do not knowingly keep data about anyone under 18.
