What happens after I buy?
You get a short set-up form in My Stack. We create your hosting, move your site if you have one, and My Stack shows when it is live.
Is moving my site really free?
Yes, on every plan. We move your website, email and DNS for you. Your old site stays up until the new one is checked.
Who runs the servers?
Our servers run in professional data centers through our infrastructure partner. Our own team does your set-up and answers your support.
Can I pay once a year?
Not yet. Plans are billed monthly for now; yearly billing opens soon.
Are there usage limits?
Plans are for normal business websites. Our Acceptable Use Policy lists what is not allowed, such as spam, file sharing or crypto mining.
How do backups work?
We back up your sites regularly. Ask us and we restore one for you.
What uptime do you promise?
We watch your sites and fix problems fast. We do not publish an uptime percentage yet. When we do, it will be in a written service promise.
Why does a server need ID verification?
Servers can be misused, so we check who orders one. There are no free trials on servers.
Can I leave?
Yes. Cancel any time. We give you your files, your database and your domain transfer code. No exit fees.
